Maclay Girls' 4X8 at Challenge of Champions

113 shots of a Maclay girls' 4X800m relay squad's trip to the Mobile, AL "Challenge of Champions" Invitational Meet. I did attempt to get photos of nearly all the competitors during that one race. So if you were in it, enjoy! By all means, email me any POSITIVE ID (like relay order) for your team members. There's a "photo gap" between 800m legs 3-4 due to camera problems. That's between photos 3313-3314, a ~1:30 gap. I may add race video a bit later. Scratch the vid idea. Can't show more than maybe 30 seconds of MPEG-1 with the 8MB limit. Alicia, Katy, Adriana, Emily, and Heather. The girls are trying to see if we can squeeze more eligibility out of Heather. Her sprint/MD speed could come in handy ;-)

  • I just handed Heather the little mini-DV cam and tried not to get in her way. Seems these kids can figure out how to work these contraptions a lot easier than I can.

  • Timing tent looks about ready. It must be, otherwise Steve Dibari wouldn't be standing over there with his hands in his pockets.
Note the boys' HJ bar is at 6'8. Three competitors cleared that, with Donte Nall winning with a meet record 7'0.
