Meridian Greenway Trail

An early 2000's North Meridian Road multi-use trail project that has been (take your pick or make up your own): a) postponed 2) back-burnered c) abandoned 4)NIMBY'd out of existence. I hope it's resurrected in some useful form. Last time I inquired (late-2000's), it was going to be moved to the west side of Meridian Road. My plan B, suggested to multiple local political types through the years: Add recreation easement function to the utility easement passing through Maclay Gardens State Park (and north/south of MGSP). That gets you Summerbrooke to Timberlane Road with no motorized traffic aside from road crossings at Ox Bottom and Maclay Roads.
